Spanish: Excelente servicio del personal a cargo. Al llegar tuvimos una emergencia médica y Eugenia, la recepcionista nos ayudó prontamente llamando al servicio médico. Gracias Eugenia! Todas las mañanas nos entregaron el desayuno en tiempo y forma. El departamento estaba limpio y bien equipado, nos sentimos cómodos.El edificio tiene areas comunes muy amenas. Nos dieron un control remoto para la cochera, muy práctica. La ubicación es inmejorable! 
English: Excellent service by the staff in charge. We had a medical emergency upon our arrival and Eugenia, the receptionist, helped us very efficiently by calling an ambulance. We received breakfast every morning in a timely manner. The apartment was clean and well-equipped; we felt comfortable in it. The common areas found in the building are very pleasant. The parking is operated by a remote control which  was given to us at the check in. Its location could not be any better.

A very pleasant stay

We were left with no choice for the long weekend of October 2021 but in the last minute the attention of the girls by phone was greatly increased. The last room in Rosario was in Torre Potosí and there was also the whole process of reservation. Then Super Atentas and all the good room. Yes, the stay was very good in general. There is a luxury and there are several things to improve, but I think it is very useful for a certain type of traveler to have a bathroom and we arrived very good in price-quality.

A good option when you run out of options.

The apartment is very well located and with good performance and equipment for a short stay such as seen in the photos lacks some maintenance but nothing important.

The super pleasant Estadia is super nice.

New, well-equipped apartments, the location is central and quiet. We arrive on holiday and still everything is perfectly timed.

good location next to the bus terminal BUT elevator was broken but they fixed it later in the day.

It's a new building with well-equipped departments, security, cleanliness and very good treatment. There is a terrace and a patio for smokers. The breakfast is included. The rooms have microwaves, electric shutters, vases, tables and chairs, armchair. Also good ventilation and lighting, wifi and LED TV. They are amplifiers.

Comfortable and independent.

We rented a very bright room on the 10th floor with three individual beds. You can order as you like whether individual or matrimonial. Good bathroom with shower with kitchenette and table with chairs. Breakfast included quite poor. Lack of cheese and ham, more variety of fruits, bad coffee and handkerchiefs. I like it to be optional and paid separately for the car and the cleaning service. Very loving receptionist and very knowledgeable. We gave map and our shooters very good ideas. The heating is by split and at night for more than there was a double-phrase made a bit cold. It is located two blocks from the bus terminal and the Market yard (great place to buy organic food at a good price), you are in the sweet blocks of the Golden Avenue.

Good option price/quality

These are all well-equipped places where nothing is luxurious and everything is very practical. The bathroom, beds, beds, signs, spaces, no excess or lack of anything, the fair. I would say it's a 7 points, but given the excellent disposition of the girls who take care of you and help you 8 it's fine. Data to take into account: 1) The location is not the best, it's about 30 square miles from the downtown area, anyway it's fine. 2) If you're driving a large vehicle (in our case a SW4), find out if you can get the car, so it makes it impossible to park if the station is not full. 3) If you're like 5 of us, try to get a little pink while the spaces are full as they are not too many.

Very good option at very good price.

A very good apartment ideal for a single-environment vacation with everything needed for a spectacular long stay, the people who work there and a very good breakfast service if you go to a rosary no lo dudes accommodate there.

 Holidays

The apart-hotel is as shown. We were 1 day, 3 adults. The depto was 3rd floor, 2. Clean, equipped with kitchen and bathroom, bright and very comfortable beds. It has a paid car. And breakfast on the 1st floor. It's very basic, medium lunches, toastadas, untable cheese, butter and milk candy. Orange juice is not as good as yogurt. You could add jam and cheese, but at least the intention is good and coffee is very rich.
