We went as a family to spend the day, we arrived, there was no one, everything was locked, no cleaners, no grill, then one person, as we later understood was the owner, we were informed of a price per stay in the room and x person for those who went up the hill, we only used a few tables and seats, there was no provision and we worked the grill on the floor, we paid according to what they informed us no issuing invoice, no receipts, but the employee accepted the payment in full compliance, 30 minutes later we received an x message saying that wass q was the owner and we owed 3 times more than we had paid, we replied q q q q our claim was totally different from the ones we had treated with q q q, we were irresponsibly disrespectful of the ticket holders, they had been offered a single ticket, and they were offered a single ticket in the flat, and nobody was able to stay in the airplane, and it was not possible for them to pay a full refund.
