The rooms have everything necessary for non-excentric people, the super comfortable bed, the hot shower water is really good, the super comfortable were especially super comfortable due to the constant kindness of all the staff, especially the concierge open 24 hours a day every day.

Hermosa vista near the centre.

The rooms are a bit small but compensate for the extraordinary view of Lake Nahuel Huapi.The hotel is small, leading to a familiar atmosphere and good treatment by staff and janitors.

The view from the desjunador is incredible.

The bedrooms are somewhat small but cater to the needs.The ones that overlook the lake have a spectacular view, especially those that are in the basement.The dining room is very nice, has windows and you can enjoy the lake, one can have breakfast watching nature.The location is very good, it is only 5 blocks from the civic center and the price ratio is accurate and the attention of the staff is outstanding.

Quiet hotel with good view and location.

We booked and were asked to pay in advance (only full payment without the possibility of making a sign) and because of a storm the airport closed and because of work issues we cannot travel on another date.

There is no refund.

The best thing about the hotel is the view from the breakfast counter, which only operates for two hours: from 8 to 10, which leaves little room if you are on a pleasure trip. The best thing is to get a room overlooking the lake, to make the price of the accommodation worthwhile. There are some recurring problems in the comments: WiFi that does not reach the lower floors. The doors have problems with the wind and the hot water takes time to arrive. The room window was locked and only opened one leaf. But it highlights the attention of the staff that saves the maintenance deficiencies.

Good location and view from the room.

The rating is not bad because the breakfast is good and the girls have excellent attention. Bad reception was not clear with the information helped my wife who was going with several suitcases. The owner who was at the time of receiving us was not at all friendly. There is no internet in the rooms. It is very well located.

It's a hotel with small, uncomfortable rooms. Take a room for two, with a view to the lake. The beds are 1 square, and it has the veilers on top of the pillows, very uncomfortable. The TV works, not the remote control, it's a very old model. There are not enough sockets or near the charging tables for cell phones. The cleaning staff and the cameras are extremely friendly, 10 points. Personally one detail that bothers me in the stay is that they don't have enough water to drink in the dispenser, and while the canopy is drinkable, it's not recommended to take it out of the sink if it's not customary. They don't have anything out of the dining room, breakfasts, or breakfast.

Everything is bad at the hotel!

The bathroom was awful, very small, only one person at a time. Discharge from the toilet did not work for two days, the towels were torn and the bathroom door would not close.

In the hallways of the rooms, a horrible smell of glue.

The room had a small TV (tube) and the remote did not work.

The breakfast in the morning was chaotic. Service slow and for several times there was no milk for all the guests.

After talking to other guests, I realized that everyone had problems.

The pictures on the website do not match the truth.

Owners are very greedy.

It's not worth how much they charge for it.

Escape from this hotel.

Nothing works there!

We stayed during the long weekend of July. The room we were assigned was in a very poor price/quality of service ratio. The room we were assigned was on a 2nd floor, almost lake level, with a terrace overlooking it, which was completely abandoned, with luggage higher than a person's. The small bathroom and the space for the shower or talk. Old furniture in the room. Rescue that the mattresses were in good condition, the room cleaning was acceptable and the heating system was adequate. Wi-Fi signal is only in the lobby and in the breakfast room, very bad that in the 21st century and in an international destination like BRC, no signal in the stations. The receptionists' attention was better, receiving the young boy who demonstrated a predisposition to service.

I don't recommend it - the price/quality ratio is poor.

This hotel was booked on my behalf so I hadn't researched this hotel before checking in.  I think it was chosen for our group of 8 due to the very competitive room rate (NZD100 a night) in the holiday town.

We stayed for 2 nights which was probably 1 night too much.  A very small, rickety hotel desperately in need of renovation.  Its only saving grace is that its right on the lake - but the view does not make up for the tiny beds covered by dodgy bedding, uncovered lightbulb just above your pillow, stifling heater which cant be turned down, tiny room size and tiny, very questionable bathroom.  

It is only 10 minutes walk from the town, and good restaurants 5 minutes away.

I will always remember going to reception to ask for toilet paper as none had been put in the room. The receptionist stood up and yelled for 'Mathilde' at the top of his lungs! He then walked around the floor repeatedly yelling out for, I assume,  the unseen maid. 

Definitely Fawlty Towers - although their rooms was better.
