Please inform Casas Oceanicas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Important information A deposit via bank wire is required to secure reservations. The property will contact guests at least 2 times after the booking is made to provide bank wire instructions. If they can't confirm the payment, they will contact Customer Service to cancel the reservation. Guests should give an answer within 72 hours. Based on local tax laws, Uruguayan citizens may be charged value added tax (VAT 10%) from November 15 to the day after Easter.
