The Bay House Lake View Guest House does not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

The property offers parking permits to all guests for the Rayrigg Car Park, which is just 50 metres away.
