This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartment is not suitable for loud parties. Guests may be charged a security deposit and will be charged for any damage to the property or if the property is left in an unacceptable condition. Guests are asked to ensure that they include a mobile number with their booking so they can be contacted on the day of arrival if necessary.
