The Manor Guesthouse

Bookings of 3 rooms or more have special conditions:

1. A 50% non refundable deposit of the total stay will be taken on booking. If cancelled by midday 5 days before arrival no further charges will be made. Later cancellations will be charged full value of booking.

The Manor Stables: for stays of up to 2 nights full prepayment will be taken. This is not refundable. For stays of 3 or more nights a non refundable deposit will be taken on booking for the first 2 nights. Where cancelled by midday 3 days prior to arrival no further charges will be made. Later cancellations will incur 50% of the value of the remainder of the stay.

Dinner is available from 18:30 to 20:30 daily except Sunday. Please book your table with your reservation.

The Manor Guest house closes during the day and re-opens for check-in at 15:30 which is the earliest arrival time.

Latest check-in is 22:00. As the property does not employ night staff nor wish to disturb guests already in their rooms, guests not arrived by this time will be considered as a "no show" and full charge will be made.

All rooms are non smoking. Hot takeaway food is not to be consumed in rooms or on the premises.
