After the property receives your payment, you will be sent a key code by email. You will need to bring this key code with you to the property to let yourself in. If you do not have your key code, you will not be able to access the property. If you have booked to arrive within the next 14 days, you will be required to provide a copy of your passport within 48 hours of arrival. We do not offer a 24 hour maintenance service. Should you experience a problem with any of the services, we will require at least 24 hours to attend and hopefully fix the issue. There will be no compensation offered for this first 24 hours.
