Know Before You Go

• This property offers transfers from the ferry terminal, airport, and train station (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Pool access available from 8:30 AM to 7 PM.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: THB 199 for adults and THB 119 for children (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: THB 3000 per vehicle
• Airport shuttle fee per child: THB 2500 (from 15 to 18 years old)
• Late check-out fee: THB 200 (subject to availability)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: THB 500.0 per stay
• Rollaway bed fee: THB 500.0 per night
• A fee will be charged for use of certain facilities
