The property reception is open daily between 08:00 and 15:00. It is closed all day on Saturdays and Sundays. Guests arriving outside these times are requested to contact the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Guests are requested to indicate their anticipated time of arrival at the airport, by giving their flight details, or arrival time at the port of Santa Cruz. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation.

Please note that there is a PC at reception with free Internet access (only during reception opening hours).

Please note that any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management
