This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Larios Boutique Studio in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in hours are from 16:00 to 20:00h. If you wish to check in later than 20:00h and up to 00.00h there is an additional charge of 89 euros per reservation. After 00.00h late check-in is not possible. The late check-in service is provided by an independent company and must be requested and paid for before 13:00h of the day of arrival. For reservations with the check-in on the same day it is not possible to contract the late check-in service, so it must be done until 20h at the latest. Managed by a private host
