This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform CAMILA, en CHUECA in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please, note that check-in after 21:00 carries the following surcharges: - From 21:00 to 00:00 EUR 20; - After 00:00 EUR 30. Please note that construction work is going on nearby from 26 February to 30 November 2020 and some rooms may be affected by noise. Please note that late Check-in is available for the following surcharges: - From 21:00 until 00:00, EUR 30 - From 00:00, EUR 50 Please note for stays longer than 28 nights 130€ /month of electricity will be charged .
