Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Please inform Mirador al Sur in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the following services can be requested before arrival: * bed linen and towels, per person, EUR 15 * cot, EUR 31 * extra cleaning, EUR 53 * fan, EUR 12 * high chair, EUR 16 * hamper, EUR 23 * extra bed (where possible), EUR 77 Heating and air conditioning carry an extra charge. A usage deposit is required with the booking, and any usage is deducted from this and the balance returned. A 30% deposit (of the total, including damage/usage deposits) is required upon booking and the balance must be paid 60 days before arrival, or the full amount immediately if within that period.
