Please inform Apartments Barcelona & Home Deco Centro in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, you will receive an email from the Apartments Barcelona & Home Deco Centro with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that there is an extra charge of EUR 30 for check-in after 21:00. A surcharge of 30 EUR will be applied for departures outside check-out hours (before 8:00 a.m.). All early departure requests are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note the Ramblas Luxury Balmes 9 apartment will not have the elevator operating between 01.23.23 and 04.10.23
