You will need your reservation number to get in, as well as your National ID or passport and credit card. You will get your key from the check-in machine. Please enter the last 4 digits of your reservation. You need to carry your ID and credit card to check-in with the machine. The machine will give you the keys of your room. On the day of check-out you can leave your room key in the black box by the reception. Please contact the property for further questions. Please note that the baby cot must be requested in advanced and approved by the property. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival.
