Please note that the resort fee, the mandatory New Year's dinner fee, and any other local tax fees are not included in the room rate. The room rate will not be refunded if you check out early. Please arrive at the hotel before 16:00 (local time). Please contact the hotel in advance if you cannot arrive on the check-in day, otherwise you will be regarded as a no-show and your room will not be kept. A penalty fee will also be charged.
