Children are accepted from any age. Children under 3 years old are accepted free of charge without a place with meals, a baby cot is provided free of charge (subject to availability). Children under 12 years old are placed in the main place with a 20% discount. Children from 3 to 12 years old are accommodated in an extra bed free of charge with mandatory payment of meals for all days of stay at the rate of 1500.00 RUB per day. Free accommodation in an extra bed is possible for two children in the room only if the age of one child does not exceed 12 years, the other - 3 years (without a seat).

Discounts: children under 12 years old in the main place - 20%, children from 12 years old and adults in an extra bed - 30% of the cost of the main place.

Check-in is from 12:00, check-out is until 10:00.

Pets are not allowed to bring and live with pets.

Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.

The hotel is located in a landscape park, several steps lead to the beach.
