Regardless of the length of stay, a refundable deposit and cleaning are paid. The deposit is returned to the guest's card after the apartment is cleaned during the day.

The apartment is not available for parties or events. Guests are asked to keep noise levels low between 11:00 PM and 08:00 AM.

Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

Self-check-in is organized at any time. A rental agreement is signed in advance, after which detailed instructions with photographs are sent on how to check-in independently. Early check-in and late check-out are discussed and paid separately.

A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request.

Transfer of keys and use of the apartment by third parties is not allowed.
