Payment by bank cards is not accepted. Payment on the spot is possible only in cash.

Guests are accommodated in a contactless way. The guest must contact the representative of the accommodation facility at the contact number specified in the booking confirmation no later than one day before arrival to confirm the reservation, receive an electronic key and check-in instructions. Check-in after 00:00 AM is not possible.

It is forbidden to drink alcohol and be intoxicated, smoke indoors, at the entrance and near it, make noise and listen to music late at night, bring other people to the accommodation without payment.

Laundry is not included in the price and is paid separately.

The cooking stove is available by agreement, there is no TV, the amenities are on the floor.
