Check-in at the apartment is contactless. Receiving the code is possible until 11:00 PM. Guests must contact the apartment on the day of arrival to receive the code. Check-in with the received code is possible 24 hours a day. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. If it is not possible to contact the apartment by phone, the guest can send their question to WhatsApp.

Methods of getting to the property: the property is located close to the city center, guests can get to the facility by public transport, private car. From the train station or terminal guests can get to the facility by bus number 84 and get off at the bus station AK Moraviya.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. The price for accommodation is indicated for 2 guests. An additional charge of RUB 500.00 per day for each person, if more than 2 people are checking in. It is possible to check in with two children from 6 years old with an additional charge of RUB 500.00 per child per day. All additional charges for accommodation are paid at the hotel upon check-in.

The cost of accommodation depends on the season and selected dates.

The apartment does not allow: accommodation with animals, parties, smoking, including smoking electronic cigarettes. Smoke detectors are installed. The fine for smoking is RUB 5000.00.

Guests are also asked to maintain cleanliness and order.
