Guests are required to pay extra during the summer season and holidays.

The Suite for 3 people has an extra bed (sofa bed), the price is RUB 1200.00, breakfast is not included in the price. The cost of breakfast is RUB 400.00 per day, paid at the hotel.

Children under 6 years old are accommodated without a place, and breakfast is provided free of charge.

When placing a child in an extra bed, breakfast must be paid separately. The cost of breakfast is RUB 400.00 per day, payable at the hotel.

An extra bed can be installed in apartments for 3 and 4 people, the cost is RUB 1200.00, breakfast is not included in the price, the cost of breakfast is RUB 400.00 per day, paid at the hotel.

If separate accommodation on a sofa bed or chair bed is required, RUB 1200.00 must be paid on site for the provision of a set of linen.

According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them).
