Russian citizens must have an original valid passport of the Russian Federation upon check-in. According to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 18.11.2020 № 1853 (ed. 01.04.2021), the hotel administration has no right to check-in the citizens of the Russian Federation who have presented a foreign passport.

Guests can check-in at the reception desk of Cosmos Selection Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport Hotel. The hotel provides a free upgrade to the neighbouring Cosmos Selection Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport Hotel with the same details.

You can get to the hotel by shuttle: from Sheremetyevo Airport Terminal "B" and "C" go to the 2nd floor to the departure area of Terminal "C". Then follow the internal ground passage to the multi-level car park area and go down to the 1st floor. The shuttle to the hotel stops at the 2nd line of the parking area of Terminal C.

Shuttle schedule:

- from Cosmos Selection Sheremetyevo Airport Hotel: departure at 00:30 AM; then every 30 minutes from 04:30 AM to 08:30 AM, then every hour from 09:30 AM to 14:30 PM, then at 15:15 PM, then 19:30 PM and 23:30 PM.

- From Terminals B, C ("Departure Area" of Car Park C): departure at 01:00 AM; then from 04:30 AM to 07:00 AM every half hour and at 08:00 (transfer on request, please notify the hotel in advance). Then every hour from 09:00 AM to 15:00 PM, then at 19:00 PM, from 22:00 PM to 00:00 AM every hour.

You can also get to the hotel by Aeroexpress: from Sheremetyevo Airport Terminal "B" and "C" you should proceed to the 2nd floor to the terminal of the Aeroexpress train. Follow the train to terminals "D, E, F". Without going outside, it is necessary to walk through the terminal to the hotel signboard and cross the internal passage to the hotel building.

Visa support for international guests is available at an additional cost.

Children of all ages are allowed. Children aged 18 years and over are considered adults at this accommodation facility.

Cots and extra beds policy:

- 0-4 years: cot on request, free of charge;

- 5-12 years: extra bed on request, free of charge;

- 13 years and over: extra bed on request, RUB 1,500.00 per person per night.

For children up to and including 12 years old, breakfast is free of charge when booking at a rate that includes breakfast in the room rate.

Extras are not automatically included in the total price and are charged separately during the stay.

The maximum number of extra beds and cots depends on the room selected.

Pets are allowed upon prior request. The weight of the pet is up to 5kg. Pets are charged RUB 1,000.00 per night and a refundable deposit of RUB 5,000.00 is required upon check-in.

If guests plan to use the minibar, a deposit of RUB 10,000.00 is required upon check-in.
