Early check-in is possible by prior arrangement.
The apartment is not available for events or parties. It is forbidden to make noise. In case of violation of the rules, the deposit is not returned and guests are evicted.
Damage to property is additionally paid.
Pets are not allowed. If signs of a pet's presence are detected in the apartment, the deposit will not be returned.
An additional fee for cleaning is from RUB 500.00 — RUB 5000.00, depending on the contamination. There is a charge of RUB 500.00 for unwashed dishes.
The deposit is returned on the day of departure after cleaning, if there is no damage to the property and the guests are left clean and tidy.
The maximum number of guests is 6 people, sleeping places: a bed, a sofa in the living room and a sofa in the kitchen.
If more guests are accommodated than originally stated when booking, the deposit is not refundable; there is a CCTV camera at the entrance. The actual number of guests must match the number of guests on the reservation.
Smoking is prohibited, including on the balcony. If these violations are detected, the deposit will not be returned and guests will be evicted. |
