Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel is undergoing renovation work. The hotel is currently being painted. The hotel's bar is undergoing renovations, with an estimated opening date unknown. There are small drinks stand in the lobby, just in case guests need something to drink.
The unit offer their customers tickets to the natural pools of Porto Moniz, as a means of compensation for the lack of the pool. These tickets must be requested at check-in at reception.
On December 23rd, the hotel's parking lot will be operational. Guests must inquire about availability and alternatives at the reception upon check-in.
The hotel does not offer Dinner service (HB). Instead, the hotel offers 3 partner restaurant options for guests with HB bookings, who are informed of this upon check-in. A voucher will be given to used in the restaurant.
The partner restaurants; Polo Norte, Dom Peixe and Salgueiro, remain open throughout the year, daily from 12:30 PM to 09:00 PM, with the exception of December 25th, when they are all closed.
