This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. Late Check-in: the normal hours are from 14:00 until 19:00 - there is €50 charge for late check-in until 22:00 thereafter €100 will apply to be paid in advance or at the moment of check-in. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. The accommodation must be left clean or an additional cleaning fee will apply. Please note that the 20% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. ParedeFlats will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of EUR 60 per stay.
