Please inform Apartamenty w Chmurach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to contact the property at least one day before arrival to arrange check-in and key collection. Arrivals outside check-in hours, i.e. after 22:00, are subject to an additional fee of PLN 50. All requests for late arrival must be agreed with the property. There are other apartments in the building, therefore loud parties are not allowed. The hotel does not allow stag, hen parties etc. Managed by a private host
