Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: PHP 2500.0 per stay
• A 1.0 percent city/local tax will be charged
• Cleaning fee: PHP 250 per room, per day

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
