A credit card security deposit of 300 EUR is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded within 14 business days following your stay.
Check-in is between 02:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Guests arriving outside the mentioned check-in hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Early check-in is possible upon availability and at an extra cost. For check-in after 10 pm late check-in fee is applicable.
Guests are required to check-in at the Short Stay Group check-in desk at Schiphol Airport or at their office in Amsterdam center at Herengracht 451, 1017 BS.
Guests must inform the property regarding arrival time as there is no reception area.
The property will contact guests directly in order to give a detailed instruction regarding check-in.
