Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Casa del Sol by FMI Rentals in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 50% of the total for the reservation will be charged at the moment of booking the property. Last payment will be charged 10 to 15 days before arrival. Payment will appear as "Acctng Svs Booking FMI“ in your account statement. Late check out is allowed. If you are arriving after 5:00 pm please advise the office to make the proper arrangements. The cost is $20 usd which will be paid upon arrival. Make sure to bring the credit card you used to pay for your reservation.
