• Non-Refundable Rate: Housekeeping not included, charges will vary upon request. Standard Rate: Housekeeping included depending on the length of your stay. VIP Rate: Round-trip airport transfer, daily cleaning and daily breakfast coupons for selected restaurants are included. Additional 15% discount on selected tours and activities. PAYMENT A deposit, bank transfer or PayPal payment is required to secure reservation. The administration will contact guests with payment instructions anytime after booking. There is a $300 USD security deposit fee, fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the property. ARRIVAL Guests must inform their estimated time of arrival in advance. Our concierge will meet guests at check-in. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FEES There is a $50 USD late check-out fee, it must be authorized by our concierge and cannot be after 3 pm. Additional cleaning service, extra towels and/or bed sheets are available with an extra charge, charges may vary. HOUSE RULES Pets, smoking, parties and/or events are not allowed. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Aldea Thai by TeAmoPlaya in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
