You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, that OldRigaLuxApart has no reception. Guests are kindly asked to inform about their exact time off arrival at least 1 day in advance to arrange for key pick up. Please note that additional fee of 100 EUR applies for late check-in after 0:00. Please note that guests traveling by car need to send car's plate number at least 1 day prior to arrival to get free parking. Please note only 1 parking lot is allowed free of charge, with height limit 180 cm
