Check-in is not possible after 10:00 PM.
Guests must inform the property of each guest’s gender so that proper room amenities can be set up.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 07:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Please inform the property for the expected arriving time. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
Property charges 150 JPY per person over 12 years old for bathing tax. But please make sure that if Child is under primary education, property won't charge the bathing tax.
The restaurants around the area are limited and may close early in the evening. Dining options may be difficult to find after 08:00 PM.
