Know Before You Go

• The seasonal pool will be open from July to September.
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Some facilities may have restricted access. Guests can contact the property for details using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: JPY 1980 for adults and JPY 710 for children (approximately)
• A facilities fee includes use of:

- Swimming pool

Renovations and Closures
The property will be renovating from 07 April 2019 to 11 April 2019 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

• Spa tub

The following facilities are closed seasonally each year. They will be closed from 01 October to 30 June:

• Swimming pool
• One of the swimming pools

During renovations, the hotel will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.
