**Know Before You Go**

If the guests arrive before 2 pm, they can leave their luggage at the 2nd floor reception and come back at check-in. If after 14 pm, on the first floor they will find a letter with your name and the keys. We can meet you the next morning to register. Access to the cash desk is possible through the following opening code: 1615E typed in the keyboard next to the door, opens automatically.

Once in the field of the Holy Apostles there is a tabachin in a corner, 20 meters after the one on the left (on the same side of the pharmacy) guests will find the brown door 4556. Just enter the code to open it

All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.

One child 2 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from 1-31 January.
