- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 200 will be required upon arrival for damages.

- Heating is payable in resort according to consumption.

- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.

- Towels (initial supply) are available for an additional cost of EUR 24.

- Bed linen (initial supply) is available for an additional cost of EUR 24.
