This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Villa Isabella in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Fri 10 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that heating is not included and will be charged EUR 45 per day when used. Please check any extra fees to be paid cash upon arrival in the company info and property info.
