In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a deposit via bank transfer. The deposit should be paid within 5 days of booking.

Please note that the pool is open from 11 May to 5 October. The pool is 30 metres from the villa.

Please note that heating and gas are available at extra costs and are charged on consumption. Water and electricity are included. Please inform Agriturismo Sommassa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
