Guests aged under 18 cannot stay at the hotel alone. Specific policies may vary by hotel and room type. identity documents for infants/children. Infant: Minervino Care for infants 0-2 years old, completed, mandatory, EUR 12.00 per day per child, payment on site. It includes: kit baby pads 0-1 year, refreshment at the restaurant baby 1-2 years, crib (on request), plush Minervino, high chair, baby bath, bottle warmer (on request at reception).

Club card: Minerva card mandatory from 23/07 to 10/09, EUR 7.00 per day per person (from 3 years), payment on site. It includes: beach service (one umbrella and two sunbeds per accommodation) from the 4th row onwards, use of all sports facilities and swimming pools, shows, children’s activities.

Pets: Pets allowed small/medium size, on request, EUR 18.00 per day plus EUR 200.00 deposit, payment on site. It includes dog kit (2 bowls, hygienic bags, scoop).

Optional services with on-site payment: Beach service in the first three rows, on request, per day, first row EUR 12.00, second row EUR 9.00, third row EUR 6.00.
