Omena Hotel Tampere 

A prepayment via credit card is required to secure your reservation. The property will charge your credit card on the day of booking. Please note that this hotel has contactless accommodation, no reception and uses a keyless entry system so the door code will be sent by email directly to guest. On the day before arrival, guests will receive an e-mail and SMS from the hotel with the 5-digit door code needed to access the hotel room. Please note that it is not possible to check-in before 16:00. Please note that Omena Hotel Tampere requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. If you wish to book for another individual, please contact the property directly for further information after booking. Omena Hotel Tampere is authorised to request an email and a photocopy of the guest’s ID or passport in advance, which should be presented within 36H or before check-in at the latest, otherwise client not able to enter the hotel.
