Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to fill and sign a registration form and show a photo ID prior to their check-in. Please note that the 2 bedroom house includes free electricity usage of 13kWh per night and the Studio 8kWh per night. Additional usage will be charged extra at €0.35 per Kwh. The meter is read on arrival and departure.
