Please note all rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors and are only accessible by stairs (no elevator). A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation and as a security measure (these details will be confirmed via our online system, if they are invalid you will be informed via email and asked to provide valid ones). Your credit card information will remain on file until the time you pay your bill at check out. A 3% service fee will apply for guests making payments with a credit card. Payments in cash can be in either local currency or USD. The 13% (VAT) must be paid by all guests and will be added to your final bill. Guest´s of all ages are welcome to stay at the property, however children under 12 years of age will incur a US$20.00 surcharge per night. Older children will pay full adult rates. Guests requesting airport transfers must provide their flight information at least 12 hours before arrival. Before check in and after check out, guests can use the common room lounge/kitchen, facilities, and WIFI for US$4.00 per person. This property's front desk operates from 08:00 to 20:00 (English speaking staff only available from 8:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Saturday).
