Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Landsitz Bichlhof in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that you cannot check in after 18:00. Please note that cleaning products, toilet paper, toiletries, bin bags and staple food are not provided in the apartments and studios. Towels are also not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for EUR 20,00 (this price does not include the changing of the towels). Intermediate cleaning of the apartment (except kitchen) incl. change of linen: € 35,- per person (aged from 0) / € 46,- for the Apartment with Balcony (Goldprimel). Please note that extra beds can only be arranged upon request and need to be confirmed in advance by the property. Please note that guests have to provide a valid ID at check-in.
