This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property requires that the house is left neat and tidy when you leave. Dishes need to be washed in the dishwasher. Please wipe down counter tops and appliances. Food in the fridge and personal items should be removed and towels can be left in the bathtub. Lights, air-conditioning and electronic appliances need to be turned off and all windows and doors needs to be closed and locked.
