527 reviewsWe stayed for 4 nights for a short ski trip. The hotel is situated up a hill near the el tarter gondola, there is no bus service passing the hotel but the hotel operates a free shuttle service to and from the slopes so no issues if you do not arrive by car. We found all of the staff super helpful and friendly. Rooms were warm, comfortable and very quiet. TV in room, bath and shower. Free safe in room. We had a small issue with the safe which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Free lockable ski store is in the basement garage. Pool and sauna also available at no extra cost, bring a robe as you have to briefly go outside. Breakfast and 3 course dinner are excellent value for money, lots of choice and very tasty, always lots of fresh salad and vegetables available Activities and games room available for kids, bar on site. Supermarket is available at bottom of the hill, not too bad to walk as long as you are not carrying heavy loads. The village is fairly quiet with a few restaurants and shops. I imagine this would also be an ideal location for a summer walking holiday. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend
