A small two-day professional stay at the Eden Hotel in Sidi Belabbes, our first visit to the hotel, warm hospitality, impeccable cleanliness. Perfect hotel location! A big thank you to the sports coach Mrs Fatiha who is just top-of-the-line, to the conscientious housewives and a big thank you to Mr Chakib for his professional sense and kindness.

That's a great service.

A large investment for a low quality of service. - Limited internet connection renewable at all times. - BAR full of prostitutes - Spacious room but the quality is average (mattress, bathroom). - TV channels unavailable. - Non-professional restoration: Slow service, quality of average dishes, you can not customize your dish, you just have to respect the menu as it is. - Cigarettes are not prohibited (Restaurant, Bar, Rooms... etc.) For the positive points: - friendly staff available - Spacious Rooms - Sports room - Parking available

Following the boulevard leading to the city of Telagh, from scenes in pictures, you reach the doors of the Hotel EDEN. This is the European concept built in the middle of the city of Madina Mounaoura.

This is a nice hotel.

I am sorry to be compelled to write and not for a May thanks for disappointment, so when my friends and I wanted to sit down in the hotel's coffee bar, we were summoned by the bartender and the head of security who were really welcoming and friendly but unfortunately did not accept that one of our girlfriends wore a headscarf and not a veil (without religious character to be more specific the Italian type with a simple outfit).

For the building to enter the living rooms and decoration nothing said, it's top, nice and well maintained pool, really friendly room, but; breakfast not well garnished, restaurant no taste null, so the buffet day it's really missed. The household as for it leaves desirable, dust, hair runs down the floor. lamp 4 out of 10 doesn't walk in the room, no lamp pressed or over the bed. As for the staff frankly it's pretty nothing and unprofessional for most, serves there are very friendly agents.

In short, a good hotel, certainly well-placed, but without soul and a great lack of hospitality.

Couldn’t find my reservation 22 to 25 February.Good hotel, staffs need training in hospitality?breakfast need more.

By the way, Sidi Bel-Abbès chose to spend the night between girlfriend at the hotel let's welcome ourselves even add a small bed in our room for my girlfriend's little girl in it's accommodating on the 11th floor the room was superb clean except the view gives that on the city of Sidi Bel-Abbès the old neighborhood is inside in this cross country the dinner was buffet open reasonable price as well as good service

A weekend with a girlfriend

How can such a hotel display four stars? Two nights stay. A deplorable quality Italian pseudo restaurant with a hotel master to cry and running through all the serons. Raviolis  gratinees  simply immagable. A breakfast worthy of a barracks. A departure at 8am and a return around 6pm......but a room still not ordered at 6pm...and yet a hotel far from being full. A tour at the Bar.....with many happy girls......A schewettes at 500 DA.....price of a 5 star in Algiers. A dinner at the  Paris  (it's not a small lunch) I order a small lunch at a small restaurant at a small restaurant... with nothing to tell you after 5 minutes, a poor bartender comes back to me with no more than a half hour of programming.

Shame on a four-star.

A very nice hotel on the rocky side of the road sits in a beautiful, virtually well situated abbey.

This probably is the best hotel in town, but that really isn't saying much.

When you walk into the large marble lobby of the 11 story hotel you might think you are in a 5 star establishment.   And based on size of rooms and a list of facilities you might feel confident of that.  But in reality it is so badly run that it barely scores 3/5 in my opinion.  

In particular they are poor at cleaning and have a very limited range of meals.  But sad to say there is probably nowhere better around.

Positives: Staff are friendly, rooms are large, beds are comfortable, rooms have a safe, wine and beer available.

Negatives: Rooms are poorly cleaned (see photos), rooms getting tired and worn eg "mould" in corner of shower tiles (see photo), restaurant breakfast quickly runs out of popular items (see photo), restaurant evening meal options very limited.  WiFi is very slow. No lift access to restaurant (mezzanni level)
