Negative: the towels are dirty and too small to wrap around the body. They are square. Breakfast is not a big thing either. Positive: customer service. They are very kind and attentive, especially Bilbil, the receptionist (a middle-aged gentleman) is charming.

Hotel near the sea, private access to the hotel. Hotel near the monastery. Sand beach with lots of debris in the sand. The sea water is clear and rather clean. We saw some fish. Lunch on the map with little choice. A little old hotel, bathroom that leaves you wanting, the top of the shower has fallen. Fair price ratio. Beautiful view from the balcony facing the sea

Fourth night of our road trip

It's definitely not a 4 star, very decentralized, white street for access to the facility, impossible to find without a navigator. Breakfast to forget! I would say that basically it's a lot of work but in general the hotel can't be classified as 4 stars, especially for an Italian tourist accustomed to different standards

The hotel is located in a wasted area in the north of Valona, almost an hour's drive from the most beautiful beaches of Valona.

Well, not very well.

The hotel is very remote from Vlora and only accessible by a partly very bad road. So it is basically very quiet when the neighbors are not having a loud party. The rooms are large and clean enough. Breakfast is very simple. The staff is friendly but not very professional. The hotel has direct access to the sea. Unfortunately, the beach has been paved and you can only get into the water by stairs.

Easy hotel by the sea

The hotel itself is not bad, the structure is recently built, equipped with a private beach and equipped with very few, even though it is not right on a beautiful sea, bay almost lagoon (in Albania there is a sea of better security), the structure does not present large problems from a structural point of view the comfortable, equipped and functional rooms. Structure with good potential located in nowhere

Terrible customer service 
 The worst experience we have ever had.
 The shower door broke and shattered in to a million pieces and almost severally hurt one of my family members. We approached the owners and he completed blamed us for his negligence and was more worried about getting more money from us with his over priced rooms. We had to leave this hotel in two hours 
 The screws were missing on the hinges and luckily  my kids were not there when the door shattered. This place is the absolute worst! I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy!

The hotel is a magnificent modern building by the sea about ten kilometres out of Vlore.  

When I stayed i think I was the only guest in 69 rooms and it felt abandoned.  I imagine the place is packed in high season but it felt a bit soulless. 

The restaurant was closed but fortunately the restaurant next door was open and I had very good seafood soup and squid. 

Breakfast in the hotel was truly awful with stale cereal and little selection. 



Like a ghost ship - splendid isolation

A half hour from the centre of Valona, after a pine tree. Part of the street is unpaved. New and quiet structure, even in August, near the sea with private beach. Staff very available, payment in cash, even in euros. The cleaning of the room (although on other days) is good.

Relax in the middle of nothing

It's nice, compatible with its category. Location, private beach, parking, spacious common areas. Leaving behind the taste for finishing and furnishings but you know de gustibus...... Service and management are very poor, regardless of category. It turns out after arrival that the rooms clean them every two days. Ask for at least clean towels and they tell you that they had a problem with the laundry. You stay practically a day without toilet paper in the room...! Not to mention breakfast. It would be better to say that the structure does not serve breakfast. There is practically nothing sweet.
