Great location with very good view from the room. The staff was very friendly and tried to make you feel comfortable and relaxed all the time. The breakfast is normal and nice. The room is clean and comfy.

Comfy and enjoyable.

We stayed here in August 2017 for 5 days. We took apartments on the ground floor, right next to the laundry room. We had a large living room, bedroom, kitchen and a combined bathroom. We paid 40 euros a day for all the luxuries. We had a car right under the window of the room.

Hotel at a very good price.

We can warmly recommend this hotel for couples. We immediately felt safe there. It is just like on the pictures; simple, quiet, nice and clean with a spectacular view. We had a great stay, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast is simple but good. Close enough so you can walk to everything, yet as it is a few hundred meters away from the city, you will not be bothered by any noice. I will definitely recommend this hotel. 
AND the most amazing food can be found at the restaurants surrounding the hotel. The Albanian cuisine is phenomenal! If you are staying at this hotel, you should try to walk the street in the opposite direction of the city. There is a restaurant there which serve the best seafood we have ever had. Enjoy.

A great place to stay in Saranda

The view is beautiful, the interior parking is convenient and the air conditioning was working very well on arrival. In general it is cheap, but a lot of things did not go well (in my opinion): -the discomfort of the climb to be done every time to get there, among other things in the dark of the evening and with the tombs of a meter open, but this is paid for by the view on the harbour. -Poor police: the bathroom was dirty already on arrival and the cleaning (with towels) was carried out every 3 days - indecent cleaning: for the first two days in the morning the coffee at the bar was free, then one tended to the reception, alternatively merendine or wurstel and pay two refreshments and coffee at the toilet) - and of course even after finishing the toilet - - of course - no one can do it without the toilet without the toilet, no one can do it without the bathroom.

It looks beautiful, but...

The hotel is located almost in the center of Saranda to reach it you have to go through an unasphalted road inside is the parking lot. The staff is kind and available someone speaks a little Italian. Breakfast is not suitable for us Italians but on request give cornetti coffee and milk. The rooms leave a little desire as they come out of the floor of the pipes, in the bathroom there is not a real is own shower but only the shower plate that leads to an irrigation of the bathroom and you have to use the towels to collect the water.

Something to see again.

nice hotel even though hidden behind other buildings, no asphalt unfortunately, kind and friendly staff, our room was really nice in the corner, with a window under our double bed where you could see corfu and the tip of the harbor of saranda, sin for the room came pipes from the floor to the room and to the bathroom, not to mention the shower without curtains and every day was a slaughterhouse because the bathroom was lit up, there was not even toilet paper, there was no cleaning during the week or maybe just the changing of towels, another sin was the breakfast, yes it was included but wurstel, egg soda, butter trams and marble (always the same), and 2 or 3 sauces, but the milk was fresh and the coffee juice you had to pay for it...

Okay, what's up?

It's located behind other hotels and it's hard to find. Everything else was like i0n the description and photos. It was totally finished (it's not so obvious in Albania) and very clean. View from the room not the best (other buildings and mountains), side to the sea. There was a TV but I don't think it was connected to any antena. Air conditioning was working fine. 
The room was spacious, cleaned everyday, fresh towels every day. People really nice, even if someone didn't know English it was possible to communicate;)
It was a pleasant stay for a low price, only the location was a little bit far and up from the main road, but quiet.
