Romario and his mother really looked after us to make this stay fantastic. With nice clean rooms complete with a large fridge. We moved from a side view to direct sea view room ( better shower ,bed, view and even red hearts on the ceiling) . No kitchen in direct view but we wouldn’t want to cook anyway. Food out is so cheap ( around £20 - £40 including wine ) Romario and his mum were always smiling and very friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay . Paul & Emma x

Great place to stay !

Pros: - Benevolent owners - Cleaning every day - If you take rooms not on the first floor, you will have a beautiful view. - Minus: - If you are booked a ticket from a Moldovan office, you will live on the 1st floor: this is a double room where the whole room takes only a bed. - In Saranda the slopes are very steep, and from this hotel to the beach is really close, but it is dangerous. - There is no beach if there is a construction garbage beach below for 15 euros for 2 beds.

General impressions about the city and the hotel

I would have liked to give 5 stars for the kindness and hospitality of Mario and his mother, but unfortunately that wasn't enough. They are super kind but the rooms are fatiguing, small and old. We had to change rooms and in the new one the light didn't even work in the bedroom. The bathroom was very small, every shower was lit and it was a real discomfort. Outside the apartments there are so many cats that leave a very unpleasant smell.

Excellent location in Saranda...Romario and the staff are very friendly and always ready to give useful directions... very clean rooms, it would need a setup... but like all facilities in Albania... highly recommended, we found the typical Albanian hospitality

Good accommodation in Saranda

We were on holiday with our family in July 2020, we liked everything. The owners of the apartments are a very pleasant family:) great location, have their own territory, we had a great view of the sea:) everything is clean, neat, every day cleaned and changed towels. The beach is 30 seconds walk, both city and private. In a minute walk to the supermarket and a stop. There are many restaurants nearby. Have a nice time. I recommend!:)

Hospitality and availability

I have to be honest, I was really amazed. The structure is very nice, with a nice plaza that also serves as a parking lot and a small swimming pool that overlooks the incredible landscape with sea view and Corfu on the horizon. The owner, Mario, was very kind, friendly and very available in every need we had (as soon as he arrived he changed the room initially assigned to us with a more spacious one), really also the number one! The service is really excellent, daily towel change and sheets every two days or so... The only negative note, to say the least, is the furniture in the rooms that is scarce or is at times quite tidy. However, if I ever had to return to Sar there with a more spacious one, I would definitely return to the rooms, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

A real chick

I've been staying in this place for a week and I'll stay here for the next and I can safely say that I made a great choice. The house is spacious, like a beautiful sea view and a great terrace for dinner. The house is equipped with all air conditioning clean sheets and towels. Romario and his family are fantastic people. Looking forward to everything, always available is as I feel at home. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable... near a piece of free beach or if you want at affordable prices nearby there are beaches equipped both on foot and by car. The pool is great if the sea is agitated or maybe you don't want to move. C is the car seat around the restaurants and supermarkets. Alene and the whole family want to live a nice experience here if you want to spend a few days in this nice neighborhood.

The perfect vacation.

Everything is perfect! Romario and his family are fantastic people. Every little problem they solved in a very short time and always with a smile on their lips. It is a country in full tourist development, so they are not totally prepared, but with people like Romario and his family everything is simple. The room was cleaned every day by mom Florika and her sisters.

It's like home.

A beautiful place where you wake up every morning in front of an extraordinary view, Romario's family is very kind, they are friendly people and cleanliness is the only top.
