You couldn't ask for a better host than Luciano. Everything we needed to know, he had the answer, whether that be restaurants, bars, beaches etc. There are so many great options so close to the hotel. The hotel itself was as advertised only a few yards away from the beach with uninterrupted views. The bedroom was well appointed and very well maintained. All in all, it is an ideal place to stay in Ksamil.

Ideal Location

The hotel is located right on the beach with stunning sea view! The owners are so pleasant people. The bathroom was very spacious and the room cleaned every day. Definitely would recommend to stay at this place 👍🏻

Nice new guesthouse with well-equipped and clean rooms. Good breakfast with different choices of hot and cold dishes. Interior parking. Seafront. Cordial owners. Great quality/price ratio for Ksamil.

Nice guesthouse in front of the sea

Great value for money. The room was clean, and had lovely sea views. Luciano was such a friendly host, with great tips for the local area. The breakfasts were tasty with good variety. Easily walkable to several beaches and restaurants

Modern and clean room with lovely spacious balcony boasting stunning sea view. Bathroom clean and nice shower. Owners very friendly, breakfast buffet had a nice range to choose from and was included in room rate which is nice. Location perfect to beach and town. Overall a great stay

Great Hotel and Value for Money

We spent a week in total relaxation, the hotel is close to many restaurants, supermarkets and various activities, the beach just in front of the structure, regular cleaning of the rooms, done thoroughly and every day, excellent management of the owners, kind and very available throughout the duration of our vacation, a note of merit goes to Luciano, diamond tip of this Hotel, always kind and smiling with everyone, I hope to be able to return soon.

A wonderful place.

This place is amazing,it's the 2nd year in the row I have visited this hotel  with my family and really enjoyed everything. Luciano ,his mum and dad are all friendly and very helpful. I recommend this place to everyone who wants relax,cleanness,and nice food . Keep it on guys!! 

Enjoyable Holidays

The Hotel is very close to the beach, 1 minute away. The hosts are incredible pleasent and willing to help with everything. Luciano is a great host and speaks very good english. We booked the groundfloor appartment which is big. Cleaning is done daily and towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. The restaurant serves very good food at a reasonable price. 
The only downside is that the breakfest is almost the same every morning.
You can pay by card in the restaurant. 
We will definitely come back to his hotel if we will visit Ksamil.

Great hotel

The hotel is now completely renovated we are the first occupants of our room... the reception remains exceptional, Luciano is there for many, very attentive, cheerful he gives the tone! the rooms are really very comfortable, very soundproofed. the little dej is excellent and cozy the view is beautiful full west sunset in the water in the evening...

A welcoming and comfortable place!

I mean, I'm not the type who writes reviews, I'm kind of a guy who fits the situation. He writes to us one day before he brings the cash for the stay (21 days), make two calculations, motivation after he doesn 't, then when I see a lady pay a few days later, the owner's son responds to me with the first face of the class that for small amounts went... I don 't explain it to me, if you don 't want to pay the paper commissions ask for a cleaner and don 't have to spend too much money on the guests.
