Gorgeous interiors and super comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast with local traditional foods. Very polite and friendly staff members and a quiet really nice place to stay when visiting Korça. Also a perfect location as it is really close to the city center. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely go again! ⚜️

The best hotel in Korça - wonderful place

This hotel is perfect, beautifully decorated in a classic style that easily incorporates all the modern conveniences that you require.  All the rooms are different, exceptionally clean with wonderful beds to suit everybody.  The breakfast was wonderful too.  The hotel is right in the centre of the city so you can easily walk to places of interest, e.g. the cathedral and the old bazaar.  We met two receptionists and both could not have been more helpful, special thanks to Edi and Irena. If we return to Korca I will definitely book at the Vila Sigal again.

Small but perfectly formed hotel

Stayed two nights at Hotel Vila Sigal in Korça.. The room is, obviously,  decorated by a professional, and clean as if we were ever first guests to stay in.. The bathroom, the bed, curtains and every single item in the room have been decorated in a way that the owner did nit limit the budget for.. The staff hospitality was for VIP.. The breakfast was rich with local tastes at very good quality, the tranquility of the ambient music was like a medicine for refreshment.. I would certainly visit the hotel again.. Thanks to the Manager for his genuine kindness..

The real meaning of boutique hotel 

I return to this small hotel in the historic center of Korce every time I visit this city, and I can only renew my review left in 2016. Cozy rooms, tastefully furnished and complete with every comfort; exemplary cleanliness; fabrics and linen of excellent quality; modern bathroom and made with refined materials; attention and availability of staff... and last but not least breakfast, prepared with high-quality ingredients related to the local tradition, such as the fantastic noodle soup (chiamata) that every morning makes you rediscover the taste of the territory. Rest assured... sleeping in a historic palace perhaps at one time used by the communist government as the private residence of the head of state. The price remains a good element of service. I highly recommend you compare the offer with the service.

The rooms are modern with high quality linens and amenities. The bed was soft , comfortable and Perfectly clean. An excellent value for the price. Breakfast was abundant and service is outstanding as servers are friendly and efficient.Great place to stay.

I was already in all kind of different place in the city. But I can not say whether the Life Gallery hotel or Vila Segal is the best in town.
In any case, Vila Segal was renovated in 2015, so there has still the freshness aroma. 
However here we are more for classic. Some of the rooms are more rococo than others, and some with an English touch.
In any case, room 102 is a great choice if you are with children because it has a separate room with an would say english style.
Everything is very clean and renovated with good taste. Peace for sleep is guaranteed and you can not hear . But I can not say whether the Life galler hotel or Vila Segal is the best in town.

This is a beautiful place that has been renovated into a hotel with great taste. It offers luxury accommodation and wonderful comfort. The rooms are quite nice, clean and nicely decorated. The room I used was quite cozy. The place is centrally located and has great service. You can park right next to it for free. I visited in August '17 but I definitely want to try it in the winter. It seemed to have central heating. It is close to some of Korca's best restaurants, traditional and modern.

Feels good

I have been in almost every hotel in Korca as I visit the city quite often. I visited Hotel Vila Sigal in April 2016 (please do not refer to the date on the option as I am reviewing it a little late). The hotel is situated within a close walking distance to almost everything in the city as it is in a central location. You walk through the characteristic cobblestone paths of the city and you find this not so little gem in an alleyway. Its a three story building that resembles the classic architecture of the early 1900. Everything in the hotel has a classic tune to it. Lobby/Bar/Reception area is not very large and somehow dark in colors but hey it has a piano inside :-). Rooms are spacious with big windows and a lot of sunlight. Mine was exceptionally large and had 5-6 windows if I remember it correctly. The furniture is rococo style and well adequate. The en-suite bathroom is nice and has all the amenities required. Double beds are on the semi-hard side but very comfortable. There is a LCD TV in the room with local and international channels (not a wide a selection but its ok for the average visitor). Rooms are centrally heated and I didn't spot any AC in the room but to be honest there is no need for an AC in Korca city almost ever. In terms of cleanliness the hotel is spotless clean in all the areas that you can possibly think of. Staff is limited in number but very professional and courteous. Breakfast is typical of Korca region where one could get local specialties from a very rich buffet. All in all is a perfect location and choice in Korva for a weekend or even more days. 

Excellent classic boutique hotel

Excellent hotel obtained from a recent renovation of a palace in the historic center of Korce, Vila Sigal has few but very new rooms arranged on two floors. Tastefully furnished, the rooms are spacious and comfortable; the fabrics are of excellent quality and the bathroom is ample and equipped with every comfort. The floors, modern, are made of wood. Excellent breakfast, served as a buffet but with the possibility of ordering different cooking of eggs.
